This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Owntus Media through owntusmedia.com and other official communication channels.
Due to the nature of our digital marketing, website development, design and content services, payments made for services that have already been started, completed or delivered are generally non-refundable.
Any advance payment made for a project confirms the client's booking and allows Owntus Media to allocate resources and begin work.
Once work has started, the advance payment may not be refundable.
For website development projects, refunds are generally not available once development, design, content preparation or other project work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges may apply for the work already completed and any third-party expenses incurred.
Payments for Social Media Marketing, SEO Services, Content Marketing, Graphics Design and Google Review Management are generally non-refundable once the service period or agreed work has commenced.
Results from digital marketing and SEO may vary depending on several external factors, and payment is not conditional on achieving a specific ranking, traffic level or business result unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Owntus Media.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project status, completed work, agreed terms and any expenses already incurred.
Any completed or delivered work may remain payable even if the remaining project is cancelled.
Payments made toward third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, software, plugins, paid tools, licenses or other external services may be non-refundable, subject to the respective provider's policies.
In exceptional circumstances, Owntus Media may review a refund request at its discretion. Any approved refund will be processed according to the agreed terms and applicable payment method.
